Synth Music Network: Winter 1995
Synth Music Network is a ten page quarterly magazine printed on white paper
stock and folded in half. The majority of the magazine is focused on the
synth-pop genre with the occasional fall over into some of the more electro
industrial artists. This months features include a small dialogue with Claus
Larsen of Leaetherstrip, a multi page spread discussion with Vince Clarke of
Erasure, and a short insightful look at Jim Cochell of Trans Atlantic Crush.
Also included are numerous music reviews from all covering all varieties of
electronic music as well as music store order form for some of the reviewed
independent musicians. The zine is a little light on layout and design but
makes up for it in the quality of it's writing. SMN is designed to be a low
cost means to distribute music to the electronic community and it does it's job
extremely well.
