Zero State is a very straight forward electro act that uses far too many
presets for it's own good. The entire demo follows a standard 4/4 beat with
absolutely no deviation. It is as if the artist was writing each track from a
script. The vocal samples are all ridiculously out of place and only serve to
detract from the portion of the track on which they appear. The only good thing
about the demo are the vocals. James has an amazingly deep voice which
resonates brilliantly. Now if he would only scrap his music and start over
again then perhaps he compose some palatable material. As it is the music isn't
even suitable for club play let alone interesting to hear.
