On first glance you might mistake this album as the debut release by Sphere
Lazza. In fact, it is anything but a debut album. Incinerate compiles songs
from Sphere Lazza's self-released album "CyberChrist", the Arts Industria
cassette "+incinerate" as well as several new songs. Sphere Lazza has also had
the good fortune to be recently sign to Hard Records out of Denmark and you can
expect a licensed domestic release on Cleopatra sometime in the winter of 1995.
The music has been described as 'late eighties Wax Trax' and that sums up the
sound pretty accurately. Strong programming and caustic dance rhythms are a
constant throughout the album. My personal favorite tracks include 'Under
Pressure' & 'Justified' the two most catchy tracks with a chorus that reels you
in and and doesn't let go. I've been listening to these guys for several years
now and it is great that they have finally received recognition for their work.
I expect more good music music out of this due in the future.
