The infamous industrial cover brainchild compiled by Chase. Some of the most
bizarre covers you'll ever hear in your life appear on this compilation. For
instance, Sascha of KMFDM covering Bono of U2, try to listen to that the first
time without breakout in a heap of giggles over the horror of it all, or D.D.T.
covering Madonna's Vogue with male vocals which actually do the song more
justice than the original, or even Peter Stone of Xorcist doing his bastardized
version of those Seattle grunge monsters hit single, "Smell Like Teen Spirit".
This compilation is a definite must for those people who cannot tolerate Top-40
radio for it's total lack of musical variety that can now listen to the past
thirty years of popular music with a whole new interpretation. Rumour has it
that Chase has another one of these bastard children in the works, we can only
wait with bated breath and break out into a cold sweat of Top-40 terror if he
does.
