Razed in Black return with "Overflow", a remix EP which consists of six reworked version of tracks that originally appeared on their debut album, "Shrieks, Laments, and Anguished Cries", as well as one new track. Of the seven tracks present, the best track is none other than the brand new track 'Overflow'. While the remainder of the tracks are simply club oriented remixes by the band themselves, as well as Claus Larsen, Brain Leisure, and Implant, the new material shows the most signs of originality. Razed in Black definitely shows marked signs of musical growth as well as mastering skills on 'Overflow'. The lead-in and fade out on the track are excellent and the slow breaks near the end exhibit skills bands usually take years to acquire. If this single song is a sign of things to come, than Razed in Black will certainly be one of the few American electro acts that will avoid fading into obscurity after only a few years in the scene.
