Take every Al J. side project ever made, combined them all, and you have
Naked Lunch. A trite overused title that suggests that the band itself
might be cliche. After a few careful listens you begin to realize that the
music, lyrics and samples mesh well together into a fully functional guitar
thrash industrial band, the name not withstanding of course. The sheer
fact that someone with musical talent in the arena of guitars would ever
come out of my hometown is enough to impress the hell out of me. So, pick
up this tape and don't judge the band by it's name or it's cover.
