Continuing in the tradition of their first single off "Centuries", "False
Prophets" contains extensive remixes of album tracks 'False Prophets' and
'Mother of Harlots' as well as a new track titled 'Deluge 2370 B.C.E.'. As with
all previous Mentallo remixes, all of these were performed by Gary and Dwayne
Dassing, except this time around they add John Bustamanate as a guest on the
single 'False Prophets' remix. Apart from extremely long introductions for
each track on this single, they are more club oriented than the original album
versions which follows the Dassing brothers master plan. The single odd item
about this single is that while it is titled "False Prophets", there is only
one remix of that track, and two of 'Mother of Harlots'. In any event, die-hard
Mentallo fans, as well as club oriented DJ's, will want to pick up a copy of
this single, while the rest of you are should pick up the full length album
instead.
