It's hard to take any band seriously that uses samples from 'Pinky & The Brain'
but i don't think that is the point of this particular musical endeavor. It
seems that the band would rather amuse and befuddle it's audience rather than
impress them with an array of impressive musical talent. That is just fine with
me as it's been eons since I've been able to listen to a band for it's pure
amusement value rather than dissecting it with a microscope looking for any
type of statistical aberration. In essence Kinderschmerzen has portrayed itself
as the harlequin of the music industry by poking fun at itself at the expenses
of everyone else in the genre. This is something I admire because if you can't
make fun of yourself, you have no right to make fun of others.
