DSBP sheds their annoying name in favor of its acronym and release
their second version of the Futronik Structure anthology of independent Electro
Terrorists. Unlike the last release which focuses on a few regional areas of
the United States, this compilation collects artists from across North
America and a few from Europe and South America. As usual with DSBP
releases, most of the material consists of remixes and exclusive tracks from the
18 artists. Standouts include the Belgina Implant and Ionic
Vision, Brazil's Biopsy, Alaska's Bytet, and Canada's Violet Black Orchid. Some
of the lesser known acts turn in a few low quality tracks, but they should be
applauded for their effort rather than dissected for their few mistakes.
Compilations like these are meant to give independent bands a chance to shine
and they most certainly succeed on Futronik Structures II.
